I see are taking on the less controversial art of physical education, and although I always hoped to save that kind of training for a one-on-one classroom with you BP - it really is a well thought out article. But here's the thing - I am not very inclined towards exercise but do keep in shape naturally with healthy diet and just walking etc. I think somoeone needs to invent a routine that is not so fast, one day I was trying one of those high impact super-cardo quick burning carb aerobic studio classes, the music was racing at a break neck house beat, I was surrounded by a hundered half dressed women, everyone in front of mirrors sweating and jumping around so fast, that I tried to focus on the girl in front of me - well long story short I fell into a trance went out of my body, and collapsed face first into the line of women. And hit my head on the floor.
It was unpleasant, they just rolled me up in blanket and locked me up in the broom closet. I don't think tha was very student like or professional.
I am looking for a super slow long drawn out workout, and maybe some asprin...Can you help?

All your tips are excellent! I was working an exercise program that toned 80 pounds away and the results were nothing less than spectacular. A lot of my technique was developed by me and a handful of trainers, but I began by setting a starting date and armed myself with a cardboard box that I filled up with everything bad for me from the shelves and fridge. By the time my workout date arrived, it was a treat instead of torture and I went from flab to fab, but not without hard work. My biggest obstacle was my mindset about 'not having enough time,' which is only a lie to yourself about whether you are worthy of being and staying in great shape - own your body AND your mind so that you believe that you ARE worth it! ;-)

I'm a senior with only a "little time" left, but have a lot of activities I can still do with freedom. Exercising my legs is my great concern, to reverse nerve damages. I have painful peripheral diabetic neuropathy. Toning my body to ease my weight helps. Great health tips the videos offer. Thanks!

I love Love LOVE this! I have a ball and use it with my Yoga mat for traction to work out in my tv room while watching tv, it keeps me super fit working extra work outs into the day when I normally would not. great tips and thanks for the quick workouts for people with little time. Peace :)
