Everybody feels pain. ...
Every man experiences negativity’s in life, sheltering sadness and despair and harboring various kinds of unwanted feelings. We cannot be totally protected against these elements,life is totally unpredictable, casting blows in the darkness of the niqht, even on the most vigilant.
To live a happy life, we have to practice forgiveness , attire our spirit with a happy nature, treat others the way we would like to be treated, and look upon life as a test upon our inner strength.
To respect others feelings, to love without demands, to view joy in darkened clouds, and to value and cherish all life-forms.
That is where happiness and peace in the soul begins.
When we are pessimistic , eyes down-cast it is hard to see ahead. When we are angry it is hard to see the truth.
When we are depressed , we become blind to the beauty in the small things around us, and our purpose in life becomes clouded.
To be happy within the life we possess must first start within, by appreciating who we are, and what we can offer to another fellow human being.
To be like a navigator of a ship, sailing through sudden, stormy seas, but never losing siqht of dry land ahead
For every burst of trodden rain, there is sun-light always, to dry the flooded earth.
'Let the warm sun light forever shine inside of your heart, and then you will truly begin to experience the true essence of life with eternal joy.'

Forgiving is a must. If not that grudge and anger can and will eat at you like cancer. Hard to do at times, some things ae mighty hard to forgive, and to forget it is even harder. thanks. now I think i have read all of your hubs dear.

BP- Dig the hub, but I say anger is a healthy form of expression and its okay as long as it releases you from the cage, and clear your mind, but there is a fine line between destruction and purging of that anger

I don't know why our comments are going upside down, I guess this page has a certain kind of magic. Anger that is a fair point GT, but it is hard for me to comment on that as I rarely am angry, when I am not laughing,eating, pumping iron, laughing,working,stalking,laughing I am sleeping, so very rarely do I feel this emotion. Hehe.

As I commented in a response to one of your Hubs earlier Blondepoet, you have the gift of heart-to-heart communication. I love such phrases as "attire our spirit with a happy nature." It would be fair to say that your Hubs set a 'bench mark' that so many of us can aspire to.

"...to love without demands". Unconditional love is the essence of true love. I love that. Makes me wonder if I will still say I love because I want to be loved back. It's difficult to attain but it could be attained, if we persevere. Beautiful, vote up!
